Roof Cleaning / Soft Washing.

 

A roof is not a driveway. Black streaks and roof algae can often be cleaned with the right soft washing process. High pressure does not belong on shingles. We look at roof age, granule loss, brittle shingles, leaks, surrounding plants, runoff, and whether cleaning actually makes sense.

 

If we believe cleaning is not appropriate, we would rather tell the homeowner than sell a cleaning job that does not make sense.
